Emmerdale star Eden Taylor-Draper has opened up on her character Belle Dingle’s nail-biting storyline, hinting at an explosive ending that’s just around the corner.

The actress behind Belle dished on how her alter-ego will uncover evidence that she’s being preyed upon by her villainous hubby Tom King, who’ll soon make a massive blunder.

Chatting about whats coming down the pipeline, Belle hinted that the finale of this heart-wrenching tale in hearing. She remarked: “This is a new page in Belle’s life. It is a new chapter. It’s the start of Belle really taking matters into her own hands and finding strength and courage.”, reports the Mirror.

“I think it is very important. Without saying the ending – I really enjoyed what the ending entailed.” Speaking on the moment Belle gets wise to Tom’s tricks, she revealed: “When he makes that snide comment and she realises he’s hacked into her laptop and I think that’s huge. Because obviously she knows what he’s capable of but this is on another level.”

“This is something that came up in the meetings we had with Refuge. This level of tech abuse is becoming more and more common in abusive relationships. So I think it’s brilliant that we show that. Just to show how they (the abuser) get into every part of your life with cyber stalking – so you are not safe.”

“So I think when Belle realises he’s done that, she has such a feeling what is the point in trying to fight this because there is no way I can win, he is always one step ahead.”
