Coronation Street star Charlotte Jordan has responded to a very negative comment left about her on her latest social media. The actress innocently took to Instagram with a string of snaps that showed her posing up a storm in a cute and stylish co-ord.
Charlotte, who has been back front and center of the drama recently playing Daisy Midgeley in the ITV soap, looked gorgeous as she was seen posing close to a glittering disco ball in a black and white pin-striped tank top which she paired with matching striped trousers.
She added a pair of vibrant red trainers to her feet and posed with a black bag hanging on her shoulder and a pair of cat-eye sunglasses covering her eyes while her locks had been pulled back into a half-up half-down style.
Charlotte, who peered over her sunglasses in one snap before she pouted towards the camera as she posed with one leg in the air in another, captioned her latest post: “Remember when Manchester was sunny for two hours aww.”
Former Corrie co-star Ellie Leach, who Charlotte reunited with this week as she watched her perform in Cleudo 2 – The Next Chapter and The Lowry, was quick to comment, writing: “Hottie xxx,” to which Charlotte said: “Coming from Miss Scarlet herself.”
@vall_ll14 said: “YOU’RE SO PRETTY !! literally the most beautiful woman.” @dianne_joe_suggwell commented: “Gorgeous girly.” @daisy_danielfp wrote: “So beautiful.” @sophia_woods___ replied: “She so pretty.” @paignton. lynch_ added: “So gorgeous girl.”
But one comment didn’t pass Charlotte by – and it wasn’t a nice one. “I hate your character so much everyone does so you will probably get axed because you can’t act and Hollywood will never hire you,” the start of the awful message read.
The nasty post continued before the soap star replied: “Hello Angela. Glad to hear Daisy is getting under your skin so much – that is after all, precisely the intention of this fictional character. Hope you have a very positive and fulfilling day.”
And Charlotte’s fans were quick to show support. @vickyhfrench said: “I’m sorry you have to deal with people like this who can’t separate fiction from reality 🙁 you’re so loved.” @x_amy.allen_x replied: “I love you so much. This is not true at all. You are one of the most loveliest people and you have always done so much for me.”
