Felicity tells Cash about her plans to become a foster parent, but he’s taken aback. He urges her to sleep on it, but the next morning, she’s not even close to changing her mind. Cash confronts her with some tough questions, including whether she really wants to take care of a baby when her strong feelings against kids were what ended her marriage to Tane in the first place.

Felicity tells Cash that Tane was happier than she has ever seen him with baby Maia and she would do anything to keep it that way. She also feels like she owes him for the pain she caused. Cash tells her that fostering a baby isn’t going to save her marriage and she has to be doing this for the right reasons.

Finally, Cash asks Felicity if she’d take on this responsibility if Maia was another random baby. Felicity is forced to admit that Cash is right – she couldn’t do it.

Meanwhile, Remi is still healing from his injuries, but he limps out the door to an amazing surprise – his bike, fully repaired, and basically restored to brand new. He’s in no condition to get back on it just yet, but he’s overjoyed and Kirby is stoked to see her bandmate so happy again.

Bree throws a spanner in the works as she sees Remi climb back on the very machine that almost cost him his life. She makes it very clear: if Remi gets back on that bike, they’re through.
