Emmerdale viewers were gobsmacked by a “horny” resident during the latest episode.
After rejecting Charles’ proposal, Manpreet appeared to set her sights on Billy on Thursday (April 25) as the pair exercised outdoors together. Wearing tight lycra leggings and a low cut top for her workout, Manpreet left little to the imagination – only for Billy to fail to take the bait having been too preoccupied by his own relationship with Dawn.
Turning her attentions back to Charles, Manpreet donned a seductive dress as she arranged a date, but again she was left disappointed. “We haven’t really spent much time together lately,” she complained. “I’d like to fix that, wouldn’t you?”
Downbeat, Charles responded: “Of course, but I do have to meet with the church warden.” Not one to be defeated, Manpreet said: “Do you really, surely that can wait,” to which Charles eventually agreed.
Viewers soon took to X (formerly Twitter) to discuss her motive with Billy, with one declaring: “I must say, Manpreet is on the prowl tonight, and gagging for it unashamedly.”
Another penned: “Manpreet is horny and the preacher is not servicing her since she knocked back his proposal. Billy, it’s your time to shine.” A third added: “Manpreet with her dumplings on show for Billy.” And a fourth said: “The irony is, if Manpreet needs her buttons pressed lovely Liam is single and always up for it yet she’s chasing after Billy and borefest Charles!!!”
Spoilers for upcoming scenes will see Manpreet cheat on her partner by kissing Billy. Ella arranges a drinking session to cheer up miserable Manpreet with their pals Mandy, Claudette and Gail, but its not long before she lowers her inhibitions on the boozy night out and after Claudette flirts with Bear, Manpreet soon finds herself swooning over Billy once more.
