Celeste Barber leads the big name stars joining season 2 of the hit Australian series Colin From Accounts

Binge has announced some big name additions to the second season of the award-winning series Colin from Accounts.

The romantic comedy drama, which stars Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer, was renewed for a second season in October.

Joining the cast will be Australian comedian Celeste Barber and Winner & Losers star Virginia Gay.

Mr Inbetween star Justin Rosniak, Home and Away‘s Lynne Porteous and Blue Heelers actor John Howard will also appear in the Australian comedy which will air May 30.

Fans quickly flooded social media with their excitement over the announcement.

The new cast join returning members Tai Hara, Helen Thomson, Emma Harvie, Genevieve Hegney, Darren Gilshenan, Annie Maynar and Michael Logo.

Colin From Accounts season one ran over eight episodes and explored the lives of Ashley and Gordon, two complex individuals who are brought together following a fateful car accident and an injured dog.

Following season one, Brammall and Dyer took home an AACTA award for Best Narrative Comedy Series and two Logies for Most Outstanding Actor and Most Outstanding Actress.

Season two premieres May 30 on Binge.
