Fans of Good Morning Britain were distracted during the latest episode as Emmerdale star Zoe Henry showed off a brand new look.
On Tuesday’s show (May 7), presenters Susanna Reid and Ed Balls spoke to Mark Charnock and Zoe about tonight’s episode of Emmerdale. The pair, who are best known for playing Marlon and Rhona Dingle, will be going through turmoil in upcoming scenes as their marriage will be pushed to the edge.
Talking to the actors via video link, Susanna and Ed quizzed them on their on-screen relationship. But as Zoe and Mark spoke openly about what lies ahead from the famous Emmerdale Woolpack, fans couldn’t help but notice Zoe’s appearance.
Wearing a large pair of black and white framed glasses, viewers at home who are not used to seeing Zoe with frames on headed straight to X to share their thoughts. One fan said: “What she got on her face?”
Another said: “Comedy glasses.” A third simply said: “Those glasses.”
While a fourth added: “This style of glasses seems to be very popular now. I quite like them.”
Tonight’s special episode of Emmerdale will air emotional scenes. In the show, Rhona and Marlon will be forced to confront their issues as they attend Tom and Belle’s spontaneous dinner party.
Meanwhile, viewers will also see Tom’s controlling behaviour worsen. As the dinner party gets underway, Tom will keep Belle at arms-length as he continues to destroy her confidence and happiness.
