She’s the Australian actress whose star is on the rise after her starring role in Netflix‘s smash hit, 3 Body Problem.

And on Tuesday, Marlo Kelly turned heads with her chic double denim ensemble as she attended the Pandora Launch Event during Australian Fashion Week.

Marlo paired her denim jacket and high-waisted jeans with a silver metallic handbag and black boots, exuding confidence and style.

The Sydney-based actress, 23, rose to fame playing Skye Peters on Home and Away from 2015 to 2016.

After appearing on the Channel Seven  drama, Marlo starred in Patricia Moore and Dare Me.

Her latest and most significant role to date is as Tatiana in the sci-fi series 3 Body Problem, based on Liu Cixin’s acclaimed novel.

Created by Alexander Woo alongside Game of Thrones alumni David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, the mysterious eight-episode series follows scientists racing against time to save the world.

Reflecting on her journey to stardom, Marlo previously shared her unexpected path to acting success.

‘I always wanted to be an actor. There wasn’t anything else I planned to do with my life,’ she told the Casting Guild of Australia.

Initially planning to attend drama school, Marlo was persuaded by her agent to take a different route.

‘Give me a year. Don’t go to drama school. Give me one year. Because her attitude was don’t fix what’s not broke,’ Marlo recalled.

‘I very fortunately booked Home and Away quite quickly after that. So my training was that.’
