Recently, poor Roy Cropper suffered a heart attack. However, what grabbed viewers’ attention was his new beard. The cafe owner has been recently released from prison after Nathan Curtis was arrested. This came after he was wrongly accused of Lauren Bolton’s murder.

After getting out of jail, Roy was attacked by a gang who blamed him for Lauren’s disappearance. Thankfully, Carla Connor saved him just in time, but later that day, he collapsed in the café and was rushed to the hospital. The once clean-shaven character now looks rough and scruffy.
