- Dee Dee grows suspicious when she notices a notification on Joel’s phone about rating his experience at Belfast airport. Joel claims it’s related to a work trip, but Dee Dee’s doubts deepen. Her curiosity peaks when she discovers that Joel is still making rent payments on his old flat. Determined to get to the bottom of it, Dee Dee investigates, potentially uncovering evidence that Lauren was secretly living there during her pregnancy.
- Kit moves into the Rovers Return and immediately begins flirting with Daisy. As he settles in, Kit strikes up a friendship with Ryan, who is impressed by Kit’s extensive vinyl collection. Ryan suggests they go out for a drink, which might spark either a new friendship or a rivalry for Daisy’s attention.
- Tracy returns from Spain, claiming she’s back to see her daughter Amy, but Steve suspects there’s more to her visit. Tracy quickly clashes with Steve’s new care worker, Cassie, showing her disapproval and possibly jealousy over the growing bond between Cassie and Steve.
- Additionally, Amy is considering investing Deirdre’s money into the Institute, but her friend Ardy is worried that she might be taken advantage of. He urges her to think carefully before committing her funds.
