Coronation Street star Samia Longchambon was seen beaming as she shared a bit of a highlight reel with fans as June drew to a close. The actress took to Instagram and shared some of her favourite moments from the middle month of the year on Sunday (June 30).
In the first snap, Samia, who is known for playing Maria Windass in the ITV soap, could be seen smiling for the camera alongside her husband Sylvain Longhcambon with the photo taken when they headed to watch Manchester’s own Liam Gallagher at Co-op Live.
Other images showed Samia reuniting with her Cooking with the Stars mentor, chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, after the pair won the show in August last year, as well as the soap star enjoying family time with her Dancing on Ice star beau and their son, Yves.
Captioning the post, Samia wrote to her 448,000 followers: “Seven days in sunny June… 1. @liamgallagher .. as you were. 2. Another [photo] of a gorgeous weekend at a family wedding in France with my boys. 3. Got my planting done.. forever trying to turn my fingers green.
“4. Family outing to watch Yves in his tennis tournament, he did great! .. next stop Wimbledon. 5. Always great fun in the kitchen with my good friend @jeanchristophe_novelli at the @royalcheshirecountyshow… 6. Not a bad haul on the bottle tombola at the school summer fair. 7. Father’s Day lunchin’.”
The mum-of-two, who else shares daughter Freya from a previous relationship, then added a note about the teenager, telling fans: “Absence of pics of my 14 year old as she does not think it’s cool to be on my grid these days.. gotta respect that!”

It comes after Samia quickly had her fans in agreement as she told how she can find herself questioning whether she’s ‘doing enough’ when scrolling through social media. She brought the interesting chat to Instagram in a post which she did admit she ‘might delete later’. Samia shared a relaxing selfie on her page as she seemingly made the most of the warm, dry weather in the garden of her home.
Alongside the photo, Samia wrote: “Just a thought.. (might delete later). I love Instagram but one thing i need to work on is scrolling and then feeling like I’m not doing enough in life.. whether it be having enough fun, doing enough as a parent, being more ambitious, travelling more.. or even being better at tidying my home!”
The 41-year-old continued: “Insta is great for showing off our ‘highlights’ but sometimes we need to remind ourselves (myself included) that what we see on here is the tiniest slice of what is going on in someone’s life.. We’re all pretty much winging it in life so let’s just do our best, wish each other well and be at peace with wherever we are at. Do you know what I mean?”
