Emmerdale’s Belle King could be in serious danger as Amelia Spencer could potentially reveal her appointment secret to her husband, Tom.
During Wednesday’s episode (June 19), Belle went ahead with her plans to terminate her unborn baby. After realising that Tom was tracking her every move with an app on his phone the night before, Belle needed a cunning plan to get to her appointment on time.
Enlisiting the help of Amelia, who is totally oblivious to Belle’s scheme, Belle dropped off her dog Piper to her as well as her mobile phone. Offering to help, Belle told Amelia that she had to pop into town.
Later on, trying to find his wife, Tom tracked Belle’s movement and saw that she was walking in the woods. However due to the fact that Amelia unknowingly had Belle’s phone, Tom was left alarmed when he bumped into Amelia.
n the nick of time, Belle appeared out of the blue, telling Tom that she was with Amelia as they went for a walk. Amelia was evidently confused and realised that Belle was telling fibs.
But could Amelia reveal all to Tom about where Belle was? Seeing Belle not fully understand what was happening, she almost did let slip that Belle had gone into town.
But if pushed further, will Amelia expose more information. After fans saw Belle trying to cover whereabouts, fans took to X to share their thoughts.
One viewer said: “Amelia should hopefully click on something isn’t right now.” While another added: “Amelia should be suspicious now. Then again, she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.”
Later on in the show, Belle went ahead with taking her first set of tablets for her abortion at home. Adament that she’s making the right choice in heartbreaking scenes, viewers at home were also in full support of her decision.
Taking to X again, one fan wrote: “Hate to say it but I’m so glad Belle went through with the abortion. Just need her to leave and divorce that dementor of a husband next.
While another added: “I still don’t understand why Belle loves Tom. He’s about as loveable as a diarrhoea sprinkle.”
