Emmerdale fans are convinced Tom King has killed a major character after a
brutal discovery is made in a cabin – but some viewers think they have already
worked out who the victim is
Emmerdale’s Tom King’s victim has been ‘unveiled’ in a shocking twist – and it’s not Belle.
This year, the beloved character Belle Dingle (played by Eden Taylor-Droper) has found herself embroiled in a harrowing domestic abuse plot with her new husband Tom (portrayed by James Chase).
His reign of terror took a turn for the worse when he discovered she had terminated their unborn child. Initially, Belle tricked Tom into believing she had suffered a miscarriage, but the truth eventually came out, leaving him furious.
Recently, the couple, along with Belle’s dog, Piper, left the village for Wales – where Tom is secretly planning to relocate permanently. This week, word gets out about their abrupt departure – causing Belle’s relative, Charity (Emma Atkins), to worry.
Determined to find answers, Charity enlists Cain (Jeff Hordley) and they break into Tom and Belle’s home. They are shocked, however, when they stumble upon Tom’s surveillance equipment, reports the Express.
Charity then discovers Belle’s phone and an address for a cabin in Wales. Fearing the worst, Charity and Cain decide to track down Belle and head to the mysterious cottage. But while there, they make a startling discovery.
Upon reaching the Welsh holiday property, they find blood smeared across a door. Spoilers have revealed that the soap will then transition into flashback scenes from Tom and Belle’s arrival at the cottage.
And with blood on the door, fans are speculating a murder twist is imminent. However, while many may assume Tom could end up killing Belle, other viewers believe he will kill the dog, Piper.
Reacting to a post about Cain and Charity’s ‘bloody’ discovery at the cottage, one viewer expressed: “If Piper dies, then the announcer should say so before the program starts so people can switch off in disgust.”
Another fan speculated: “I think he’s killed the dog and is blaming her.” A third chimed in with concern: “yes the same here….. if so…. I wont be watching.”
