Elsewhere, a furious row breaks out between Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) and Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) when he admits he can’t face telling Suni (Brahmdeo Ramana) the truth about Amit (Anil Goutam). As the argument becomes more heated, Jai makes a jibe about Ashley and Laurel kicks him out.
Jai braves telling Suni the truth about Amit’s money and sits him down while he finds the courage. Suni rambles as Jai’s bombarded with calls, causing Jai to snap.

Alone, Laurel feels dizzy and collapses. She’s paralysed with fear and unable to move, but manages to reach for her phone.
Luckily, Gabby stumbles upon her and dials 999 as Laurel gasps for air. Upon hearing about Laurel’s condition, Jai is devastated, but will he reveal the truth to Suni?
In other news, Tom King’s reign of terror persists next week when he plots to flee the village with his tormented wife Belle.
When Tom (played by Mark Flanagan) tries to silence Charity Dingle’s (portrayed by Emma Atkins) inquiries about Belle, she’s furious. Tom immediately points fingers at Belle’s mental health, causing the other Dingle women to worry that Charity might be overreacting.

Out of frustration, Charity exits the room, concerned that she has lost her opportunity to aid Belle. However, when she visits the following day, Belle (acted by Eden Taylor-Draper) shows no interest in Charity’s apologies.
Back at home, Tom displays a sinister smile as he prepares for a job interview for a position in a secluded part of Wales.
