After returning from the hospital, Ethan’s father informs everyone that his son has passed away. Emmerdale spoilers confirm that Emile John, who plays Ethan Anderson has been killed off on the show. The actor appeared in a video message shared on Emmerdale’s official Twitter account, where he spoke about his exit.
He opened up about the tragic scenes and thanked his fans after completing a three-year stint on the show. In the video, fans can see Emile saying, ‘If you’re watching this, then that unfortunately means that Ethan Anderson has passed away and therefore means he will no longer be in the village.’ Furthermore, John also thanked the whole cast and the crew and mentioned that the cast had taken him under their wing.
‘It’s been such a ride, such a journey, and one that I’ve really learned so much on,’ he added. ‘I want to thank you – the viewers – that have stayed tuned and sort of kept up with Ethan’s journey. Thank you so much.’ We will also miss Ethan on the show and all these dramatic storylines. The reason for his exit hasn’t been revealed yet but the show must go on!
