Emmerdale Actress Shares A Terrifying Medical Experience

Hayley Tamaddon, known for her role as Del Dingle in Emmerdale, ended up in the hospital due to unbearable head pain. She revealed on Instagram about her frightening experience, where she had to go to the medical ward and receive fluids through a drip. Unfortunately, this meant she couldn’t be on set for filming yesterday.

Hayley shared on her Instagram Stories that she woke up feeling like her head was about to explode. The actress mentioned that she vomited twice, took her son Jasper to nursery, and prepared for a photoshoot. Upon arriving, the Emmerdale star realised she needed to see a doctor urgently.

Soon after, she ended up in the hospital receiving medication through a drip. However, unfortunately, her severe head and neck pain persisted. After undergoing a scan, the medical staff informed her of an arthritis diagnosis. She then returned home, picked up Jasper, prepared dinner, and put him to bed.

Emmerdale actress acknowledged that her pain was persisting, mentioning, “I took some tablets and had a cry.” She informed she would be returning to the hospital the next day. The star described the process as part of the challenges faced by a single working mother.

The soap star described the pain as ‘horrendous’ and felt like her ‘head was going to explode.’ Additionally, it has been a tough year for Hayley’s family with health issues. In April, her son had to go to A&E because he couldn’t stop throwing up. They rushed to the hospital to get him checked out.
