Emmerdale’s Dean Andrews marries his fiancée in stunning ceremony with his soap spouse in attendance as he jokes he thought his ‘two wives’ would be ‘more upset’ at coming face-to-face

Emmerdale star Dean Andrews has tied the knot with his fiancée Helen Bowen-Green in a stunning ceremony.

The actor, 60, who plays Will Taylor in the ITV soap, took to Instagram on Monday to share a series of snaps from his big day, including several images of his gorgeous new bride.

But while Dean is loved up with his new wife Helen, he also shared a snap with his onscreen wife Claire King, and joked he thought the women would be ‘a little more upset’ at coming face-to-face.

Alongside a snap of the three of them together, Dean wrote: ‘I was hoping my two wives would be a little more upset when they found out about each other but it looks like they don’t give two hoots @hbg_indiarose #claireking @emmerdale’ alongside laughing emojis.

Onscreen love: Claire plays Kim Tate, the wife of Dean's alter-ego Will Taylor on the soap

In the snap Claire, who plays soap legend Kim Tate, could be seen striking a fun pose in a bold orange suit and fascinator while sharing a giggle with the newlyweds.

While Dean cut a dapper figure in a black tuxedo, Helen stunned in a flowing lace gown which featured a scooped back and intricate beaded detail.

In addition to Claire, fellow Emmerdale actress Olivia Bromley, who plays Dawn Taylor, was also in attendance.

Alongside photos of the pair, Dean penned a sweet tribute to his onscreen daughter, writing: ‘When the casting gods do their job superbly…. You get @oliviabromley as your screen daughter. Guess I’m just lucky in life….’

Clearly thrilled at the nuptials, Dean also shared further glimpses of the day online, which showed the big day took place in a stunning barn with exposed bricks, wooden beams and plenty of fairy lights.

Captioning one set of loved-up snaps, he wrote: ‘This beautiful lady @hbg_indiarose has just made me the happiest man alive by saying “yes” to being my wife.’

The post was met with a plethora of congratulatory messages from fans, showbiz pals and his Emmerdale cast mates.

Priya Sharma star Fiona Wade penned: ‘Congratulations to you both!! Gorgeous pics!’
