Emmerdale‘s Kerry Wyatt will vow revenge on Eric Pollard next week, as she discovers that he conned her over her expensive necklace.
Eric recently came to the rescue to help fund Kerry’s daughter Amy Wyatt’s wedding to Matty Barton, although it was only after the ceremony that viewers discovered how he’d done this.
Despite him telling Kerry that he’d tried to sell her necklace but it was worth nothing, viewers have discovered that he actually sold the jewellery for a fortune – and he’s keeping this a secret from Kerry.
With Eric also holding his payment for Matty and Amy’s wedding over Kerry’s head, warning Kerry that he expects her to pay him back for his ‘generosity’, she’ll decide next week that she needs to do something about the situation.
In scenes that will air on Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10, Kerry manages to trick her way into Eric’s house and soon figures out how to log into his laptop.
She’s horrified to learn that Eric has conned her and has actually made lots of money from secretly selling her necklace.
Kerry is outraged by Eric’s betrayal and swiftly plots revenge. She convinces Tracy Robinson to let her run a cash-only sale at the shop.
While the villagers are distracted by the prospect of getting a decent bargain during the sale, Kerry ransacks the premises.
