Kim Tate has been left suspicious over husband Will Taylor and Rose Jackson’s chemistry in Emmerdale.
The iconic character is right to be suspicious, as viewers know Rose has come to Home Farm as part of a secret pact with Ruby Fox-Miligan to take down Kim.
Wednesday’s (June 5) episode started off with Will and Kim on the same page as they were sceptical of Rose’s intentions, but Dawn’s intervention changed everything.
Dawn reminded her dad that she has enough to face with Evan’s illness, so doesn’t need to be refereeing between her parents.
Once Dawn headed off to the hospital, Will backed down as Rose asked him to “play nice” for their daughter’s sake.
“This sniping won’t help anyone,” Rose insisted.
The pair tried to discuss their past, with Rose admitting she’s been like a “car crash” without Will to keep her on the straight-and-narrow all these years.
“I was a lot better at life when I was with you,” Rose told him. “And I do realise how bad it was for you both after I left.”
Rose suggested they have a few drinks to discuss “the bad old days” as a way to help them move on from the tension.
Kim was none too pleased when she later returned home to see Will and Rose getting along a bit too well for her liking.
Will sheepishly tried to make peace with his wife, but Kim warned him: “An afternoon and a few drinks to have you do a complete 180, well, that would be pretty pathetic, wouldn’t it?”
“Yeah, it would,” Will hesitantly replied.
Will Kim discover what Rose is up to?
