Model and actress Jodi Gordon is committed to staying sober as she plans her big career comeback for next year.
The former Neighbours star, 37, told Daily Mail Australia she has developed effective strategies for maintaining her physical and mental well-being.
When asked about her newfound sobriety, she said: ‘I feel really good. I take life as it comes and do everything I can to make sure I am doing the right things for my body and mind.’

The mother of one, who is living life to the fullest after completing a 30-day recovery program at a Sydney clinic earlier this year, added that ‘mental health is a big part of looking after myself today, as well as physical exercise’.
With her health and wellness back on track, Jodi is looking forward to some exciting new projects next year.
‘It was really exciting to go back and do the Neighbours finale but just acting in general, I’m really excited to see what opportunities present themselves.’
She said she was committed to ‘looking after myself and enjoying what I have in life’.
Jodi also spoke enthusiastically of her ambassador role for Life Botanics vitamins, saying she was thrilled to represent a true-blue Aussie company.
