Next week’s episodes promise to be full of shocking twists and turns, especially for Fiz and Tyrone.

Here’s the scoop: Joel’s reign of terror escalates, and DS Lisa Swain is closing in with new evidence. As Joel continues to create chaos, targeting Carla Connor, things take a dark turn. Lauren Bolton receives devastating news at the hospital, throwing everything into disarray, including Lisa’s investigation.

Tyrone is feeling desperate as he struggles to come to terms with the thought of parting ways with his son, Doran. While Fiz is still reeling from recent events, Tyrone and Fiz try to devise a plan, but things take a harrowing turn that leaves them with much to answer for.

On Monday, September 16th, Joel escalates his attack by serving Carla with legal papers, accusing her of slander. Meanwhile, DD and Lisa are determined to put a stop to Joel’s actions. Tyrone finds himself in a difficult situation when he takes Alina’s passport from her bag. Alina, frantic after discovering her passport missing, confronts Fiz, who is left scrambling as Alina arrives at Number 9 with Doran, visibly distressed.

Debbie asks Bethany to write an advertisement for her friend, a CEO of a cosmetic surgery company in Turkey. Despite Bethany’s initial reluctance, she ends up accepting the job, which surprises Debbie, especially when she sees Daniel and Daisy hugging.

Billy is also facing a tense moment as he needs to retrieve Paul’s voice messages before picking up his wheelchair and synthesizer. His anxiety heightens when he learns that Paul’s body is at the undertakers, and Todd informs him he can visit if he wishes.

Steve and Tracy prepare to head to the airport, with Amy, Ken, and Cassie bidding them farewell. Tracy encourages Steve to pursue his relationship with Cassie, clearly sensing Cassie’s feelings for him.

On Wednesday, September 18th, Fiz’s situation worsens as she receives a shocking revelation. Betsy calls Sabrina to the precinct after noticing a dash cam-equipped van. Lisa and DD review the footage to trace the source of the abortion-inducing medications Joel has been using. The footage reveals a for-profit medical facility, prompting Lisa to seek the sender’s information.

The tension escalates when Tyrone’s video call with Doran is abruptly cut off by Alina, who claims Doran is upset. Fiz, in a moment of frustration, admits that if she had known the fallout, she wouldn’t have returned Alina’s passport. The call remains active, and Alina overhears everything, leading to further complications.

Lauren is summoned to the hospital after receiving a call, where she learns that Frankie had a seizure. Meanwhile, Bernie insists that Billy make amends over Paul’s burial, but Billy’s response remains uncertain.

As the drama unfolds, Bethany returns from a shopping trip, feeling self-conscious about her appearance. Ryan is upset when Daisy reveals that she’s caring for Birdie, while Daniel drives Bethany to the airport.

By Friday, September 20th, Carla witnesses Betsy confessing to a terrible deed, leading to a dramatic revelation. Lisa informs Betsy that they need to go to the police station. Lauren is advised to be monitored closely due to her ongoing investigation related to an attempted abortion, with DD accompanying her to meet with a social worker.

Ryan proposes moving in together to solve their issues and expresses his desire to spend more time with Daisy, even suggesting that she still has feelings for Daniel. Meanwhile, Sam and Jack warn Hope about the dangers of vaping, but she ignores their advice and continues to use her vape pen.

In a heartbreaking twist, Paul Foreman’s tragic death, after a prolonged battle with motor neuron disease, leaves Coronation Street fans devastated. Billy’s frantic search for his misplaced phone, coupled with the delay in getting to the hospital, meant he couldn’t say a final goodbye to Paul. The emotional aftermath has left many viewers questioning the handling of Paul’s final moments and expressing their frustration online.
