Home and Away star Stephanie Panozzo has shared a few details about her long-distance romance.
The soap star plays musician Eden Fowler on the Aussie show. While onscreen she’s loved-up with Cash Newman, played by Nicholas Cartwright, in real life Panozzo is “really committed” to her interstate love story with partner Josh Kelly.
While Panozzo lives and works in Sydney, Kelly runs a pizza-catering business in Melbourne – but the actor confirmed the two are making it work.
It can be really challenging at times,” Panozzo told Stuff in a recent chat.
“But we’re both really committed and we do a lot of visits back and forth. We’re just making it work, which is great.”
Meanwhile in Summer Bay, Panozzo’s character is having her fair share of relationship issues with her brother Levi Fowler, portrayed by Tristan Gorey.
Eden will struggle after discovering her brother is cheating on his wife Imogen with Mackenzie Booth, with the infidelity triggering hurtful memories of their parents’ split years prior.
“It’s all sort of really building up into a very kind of tricky and explosive brother-sister relationship,” Panozzo explained.
“But this is certainly − I think − a real betrayal for Eden and I think she’s going to find it very difficult to move past this and forgive him, if she ever does.”
