Home and Away’s Theo Poulos will face an emotional task in upcoming scenes, as he’s asked to write a letter to his loved ones as part of his counselling programme.
In scenes airing in the UK next week, Theo agrees to do a shift at the garage for Justin but warns that he’ll have to complete his homework too.
While Justin thinks that he’s talking about TAFE work, Theo is actually referring to homework he was given for his counselling programme after he decided to seek help for his recent drug issues.
Theo has been asked to write a letter to his friends and family about recent events, but he struggles to put his feelings into the right words.
Justin notices Theo struggling and, still assuming that he’s doing TAFE work, takes a look at what he’s done so he can help out.
Having accidentally read the half-finished letter, Justin later approaches Theo to come clean about what he saw and explain that he and Leah just want to talk to him about it.
Theo agrees and opens up about his frustration with himself, admitting that he’s not sure why they put up with him because he does nothing but cause trouble.
However, a sympathetic Justin and Leah assure Theo that their life wouldn’t be complete without him because he’s family. They add that, even though he’s made some mistakes in his life, they’ll get through the hard times together.
Is Theo finally turning his life around?
