Coronation Street’s Elle Mulvaney has given fans an insight into the exciting way she has celebrated the Easter weekend.

The soap star is renowned for her role as Amy Barlow on the Cobbles. The character has been through a rocky period in Weatherfield as her parents have been hit with relationship woes.

Tracy Barlow had an affair with Tommy Orpington and she has since split from husband Steve McDonald. Amy has been there to support her dad on the show and urged him to go to a speed dating night at the Rovers Return on Friday’s episode.

However, Steve was unlucky in love as he was snubbed by Cassandra Plummer, played by Claire Sweeney. Away from the screen, Elle regularly keeps fans updated with her life on Instagram as she forges an exciting career in showbiz.

She is in a happy relationship with fellow actor Liam Scholes, who has starred in Corrie and Waterloo Road. Liam celebrated a special milestone recently as he turned 21 and Elle shared snaps from their trip to Amsterdam to mark the occasion.

Liam is active on his social media channels and thanked friends and family for their support as he celebrated the milestone.
