Coronation Street fans have been left distracted over an ‘obvious’ café blunder at Roy’s Rolls.
Viewers will recall that Lauren Bolton made a shock comeback earlier this
month as Cait Fitton reprised her role. Weeks on from a brutal attack by Joel,
which Weatherfield residents still don’t know about, Lauren, who was believed to be dead, was revealed to be alive as she headed to the hospital to visit Roy Cropper after he suffered a heart attack weeks on from him being wrongly imprisoned for Lauren’s ‘murder’.
And things only got more explosive when Joel confronted Lauren at the hospital, forcing her into a family room and pleading with her not to reveal what happened. As violent and evil Joel went to lash out again, Lauren protected her stomach revealing she was five months pregnant with his baby in a huge bombshell before fleeing the hospital.

Joel has since located Lauren again and is hiding her in an empty flat while claiming to make plans to move her to Ireland for a better life. Since returning, Lauren has headed back to the cobbles and even went to Roy’s Rolls to apologise to Roy for his prison ordeal.
However, earlier this week, viewers were left distracted as they noticed a strange detail in the café. During a scene with Nick Tilsley and David Platt, soap watchers spotted a missing Lauren poster in the background as they questioned why it was still on display when Lauren had returned.
Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: “Lauren missing poster is still up in the cafe omg #corrie but she’s back!!”, a different account wrote: “Why do they still have the missing person poster up in the cafe, surly Roy would of taken it down as soon as Lauren turned up, Shona would of removed it if not! #Corrie”, another put: “So I think the missing Lauren Bolton poster can be taken down now!! #Corrie”, a different account wrote: “Surely that Lauren missing poster would have been taken down by now to say she isn’t actually missing anymore. #Corrie” while a different account added: “Why are those missing Lauren posters up? #corrie.”
