ITV Coronation Street Tyrone Dobbs star supported after ‘not 100%’ admission

Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall admitted he is not 100% as he provided an insight into his Easter celebrations.

The soap star is renowned for his role as Tyrone Dobbs on the Cobbles. The character has been through a busy time on the show lately after his onscreen wife, Fiz, returned to Weatherfield.

Tyrone was also rocked by the return of his mum, Cassandra Plummer, who has come back to repair their broken relationship. Away from the screen, Alan keeps fans updated with his life on Instagram.

The actor recently suffered a blow as he was forced to undergo surgery to repair the ACL ligaments in his knee last year. The 41-year-old has kept fans updated as he rehabs his knee.

Alan took the latest step in his recovery over the Easter break as he enjoyed the great outdoors with his daughter, Sienna. The father and daughter enjoyed a bike ride and Alan admitted he wasn’t quite back to full strength yet.

According to MEN, he said: “I can’t say I’m feeling 100% but after the last several months of rain I really wanted Sienna to be outdoors and have some for adventures this bank holiday…. And we have!”

Alan was flooded with supportive messages when he shared snaps from the family bank holiday weekend. He said: “My smile is biggest when I’m with my daughter. A bank holiday weekend well spent, outdoors & having fun with our family.”
