ITV Coronation Street viewers rumble who really killed Lauren Bolton as Daniel Osbourne in danger

Coronation Street viewers have came up with a theory for who is responsible for Lauren Bolton’s disappearance.

The character, played by Cait Fitton, has vanished from the Cobbles with Roy Cropper being charged for her murder. Roy has continued to plead his innocence as Lauren’s true whereabouts remain a mystery.

Bobby Crawford’s suspicions were one of the key factors in Roy first being arrested. However, the character has now changed his story in order to protect Roy as he claimed he spotted the criminal leaving Lauren’s house.

However, this has implicated Daniel Osbourne as he gave a coat matching this description to the charity shop. Daniel remains in danger as Carla Connor reiterated Bobby’s story at the end of the episode in the hope it allows Roy to be freed.

Viewers following the show on social media platform X claim it is Daniel’s new partner, Bethany Platt, is responsible for the disappearance as they claimed she looked suspicious in the Rovers Return after Daniel was questioned.
