Next week on Emmerdale, Will Taylor is engulfed in guilt as his daughter Dawn desperately searches for her missing mother, Rose Jackson. Viewers of the ITV soap will be on edge as the plot thickens around Rose’s mysterious disappearance.
Rose vanished last month after her scheme to sabotage Kim Tate’s life was exposed. Once married to Will, Rose had used their past relationship to infiltrate Home Farm. It was later revealed that Rose was being blackmailed by Ruby Fox-Milligan, who aimed to take Kim down by framing her for spiking Dawn’s drink and having an affair with Will.
After Kim discovered the plot against her, she confronted Rose at Home Farm and ordered her to leave. Will and Kim then drove Rose to a remote area and abandoned her by the roadside, giving her a small amount of cash. Shortly after, a truck arrived, and Rose looked surprised before disappearing. Her belongings, including a bag and a drawing from her grandchildren, were left scattered on the grass, suggesting something sinister may have occurred.
Since Rose’s disappearance, both Will and Kim have been acting suspiciously and weaving a web of lies. When Dawn requested that her father hire a private detective to find Rose, the suggestion was quickly dismissed. Neither Will nor Kim has admitted to causing harm to Rose, but suspicions are rising.
In the upcoming episodes, as Dawn remains determined to find her mother—particularly because her brother Evan may need a bone marrow transplant—Will’s guilt drives him to a drastic measure. He sends a text message from Rose’s phone to Dawn, but will his deception unravel and reveal the truth about what really happened to Rose?
Stay tuned to see if Will’s actions will lead to the discovery of Rose’s fate or if his guilt will further complicate the search.
