Lilah Roloff from Little People, Big World undergoes surgery. Her mother, Tori Roloff, gives a post-surgery update. So, how well is she handling the recovery process?
Lilah Roloff recently had surgery to remove her tonsils and adenoids. After her first sleep study, her mother and father, Tori Roloff and Zach Roloff, were told that she may have sleep apnea and that they would have to keep an eye on her tonsils and adenoids. So, they knew it was a possibility that she would eventually have to get them removed.
The Little People, Big World reality star’s parents, Tori and Zach, were nervous about the procedure. Tori explains that they didn’t know how Lilah would handle the recovery process. However, she feels that her and her husband’s daughter has been handling it “amazingly.” She adds that her little girl is “rocking recovery.”
However, Tori admits that when Lilah wakes up in the morning and from naps, it is “pretty rough.” But once she’s awake, she is fine. So, other than that, she has been handling taking her medicine well. She has to take medication every three hours. And the TLC celeb feels that it has been working well. Yet, she knows this may not be the case throughout the entire recovery process.
Lilah Handles Recovery Well
Tori reveals that once Lilah is up and moving, she is happy and on the move. She adds that her daughter is “vibing.” She also says her little girl is “doing great so far.” Recovering from any surgery is never easy. So, she is glad that her daughter is handling it well for now.
However, the Little People, Big World cast member isn’t holding her breath. She explains that she has heard that once the scabs form or fall off, “things can take a turn.” So, she and Zach are trying to keep their daughter calm. But Lilah only wants to run around and play. Keeping her calm isn’t always easy. Yet, they are trying to keep her mellow.
