Tori and Zach Roloff are easily reality TV sweethearts. They have ruled on Little People Big World for 10 years with their wholesome storyline. But as time passed and the LPBW audience got to know them well, they realized the couple isn’t always righteous. Over the years, there have been many instances where their political views landed them in deep trouble.
In a new podcast from their show, Raising Heights, the couple is in deep waters yet again for sharing their views on abortions. The topic has been controversial for the nation since the Supreme Court repealed the Roe vs. Wade decision in 2022. Well, what opinions did Tori and Zach share? Why did it upset fans so much?
LPBW: Tori & Zach Face Flak For Their Anti-Abortion Perspective! Forcing Their Religion On Others?
For the most part, Tori and Zach Roloff have no problem winning hearts. But Little People Big World stars have done the exact opposite this time around. While referring toher miscarriage from 2021, Tori had to get an abortion. She expressed in her podcast that she felt traumatized when in the room with other women who chose to get abortions. Things became “black and white” for her.
Zach agreed to this. He expressed understanding and having sympathy for r*pe victims having abortions. But he was against any other people opting for something like this. The LPBW star was also against the ones who chose to abort their babies after finding out they would be born with conditions like dwarfism and so on.
The audience was not happy hearing this. They began to call out Zach and Tori’s privilege, saying they were financially well off. Hence, they could support the kids they were having. Some said just because they don’t understand other people’s need to terminate their pregnancies doesn’t mean they should support taking away their rights to do so. There were other viewers who slammed their religious conditioning as the couple was trying to impose these views on everyone.
LPBW: Tori Responds To The Backlash With More Arrogance!
After seeing tons of negative responses on her podcast clip from the episode on Instagram, Tori doubled down on sharing her views again. The LPBW star said that if someone is about to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, she believes abortion is “morally wrong” for them.
Tori tried to tell people there is a difference between the kind of care she received for her “missed miscarriage” as opposed to the people who don’t want to deal with the “consequences of their own actions.” The star said it’s her “job to love people” and also show “kindness,” but she feels the “truth does hurt.”
Most viewers were alarmed after seeing Tori express herself very arrogantly. They didn’t expect the couple to be so opinionated about something this controversial. At the same time, people in the comments said that they were going to unfollow her because they lost respect for her.
