Fans of Married at First Sight have spotted bride Madeleine Maxwell in an old episode of Millionaire Hot Seat.
A fan took to social media to share a photo of the 30-year-old appearing on an episode which originally aired on March 21, 2023.
‘Well this is certainly a coincidence (Lovely bride Madeline was on millionaire hot seat! She claimed to be an actress and a psychic medium),’ the fan wrote.
The actress appeared on the show under the name ‘Maddy Jevic’.
Despite her appearance, the psychic left empty-handed after choosing to skip a question.
Maddy is no stranger to TV, she is best known for playing Amber Simmons on the long-running Channel Seven soap Home and Away.
She also appeared in 22 episodes of Foxtel’s Wentworth, playing Nurse Lee Radcliffe.
Her other roles include playing Brianna Wheeler in Upper Middle Bogan and a brief stint on Offspring.
It comes after Maxwell left fans puzzled with her absence during the highly-anticipated reunion, leaving her ex-husband Ash Galati to front the rest of the group alone.
Speaking to Daily Mail Australia about the no-show, Madeleine said she simply didn’t ‘align’ with Married At First Sight and didn’t want anything to do with the show after her dramatic exit earlier this season.
‘I chose not to go to the reunion because I did not feel in alignment with the production itself,’ said the former Home and Away actress.
‘The production itself was something that was contradictory to the love story they sell Australia.’
Ash had previously warned that fans wouldn’t see Madeleine at the two-episode reunion special during an interview with Daily Mail Australia last month.
