The Sunrise host, 45, along with Natalie Barr, shared a segment on the breakfast program showing a behind-the-scenes look at their guest starring role on the beloved Australian soap.
Shirvington was shown filming his scenes on a beach with a few familiar faces from Summer Bay, including veteran actor Ray Meagher (who plays Alf Stewart). ‘I really enjoyed working with you, I think it went all right,’ Shirvo told Meagher.
Mate, it was fantastic, the pleasure is all mine really. The only thing I’d like to say is on Home and Away, when you’ve just completed your first go at it, we’ve got this tradition where people have got to run into the water fully clothed straight after,’ the soap actor said.
