It’s fair to say the Thomas Brothers, consisting of Adam, Ryan and Scott, are one of the best-looking and successful trios on the telly.

Actors Adam, and Ryan found fame through their soap careers in Emmerdale and Coronation Street respectively. For over nine years, Adam played Adam Barton – and was a firm-favourite with viewers, while Ryan joined Coronation Street in 2000 as Jason Grimshaw and stayed until 2016. What’s more, Adam also strutted his stuff on Strictly Come Dancing last year ballroom and whilst Ryan signed up for Dancing on Ice, which aired earlier this year.

As for their other brother, and Adam’s twin Scott, he chose a different career path and went on to become a reality star after starring in Love Island. And as expected, the cheeky chaps, who hail from Manchester, are not afraid to share some details on their bedroom antics.

Sex ban struggle

In 2016, Adam bagged a role on the sixteenth series of ITV smash hit show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! The soap star joined the likes of Joel Dommett, Scarlett Moffatt and Carol Vorderman in a bid to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle. Adam ultimately came in third place, just behind Joel and Scarlett.

But prior to his jungle stint, he confessed he was concerned about getting sexually frustrated during his time Down Under. “I don’t know [how I’ll cope] because I’ve not gone longer than, well… no more than a few days,” he explained before flying out to the show. “I think I will struggle but hopefully I will be aright – I won’t be too ratty.”

Gay on-screen romps

Ryan shot to fame in 2000 on Corrie – but after 18 years, he swapped the famous cobbles for some Aussie sun. The Manchester hunk made his Neighbours debut in 2018 playing the role of Rafael. In one particular scene, Ryan stripped off for a gay sex scene with David, played by Takaya Honda – and it certainly left an impression on the show’s viewers.

At the time Rafael had recently come out, and built up the confidence to bare all and show his scars from a near-fatal motorbike accident. The two men stood facing one another in a darkened room, to which David asked Rafael: “You haven’t done this much have you? “That makes two of us, I only came out last year. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed.”

David then encouraged Rafael to take off his shirt, telling him: “I know what it’s like to be self-conscious. “It’s just you and me here.” Rafael then stripped off to allow David to see his scars, before they started kissing with the cameras panning away.

Bonking on TV

While his brothers went on to become soap stars, now PR director Scott found fame when he appeared on Love Island in 2016. On the show, Scott struck up a relationship with Kady McDermott – and the couple were one of the favourites on the show. However they ended up in third place, behind Olivia Buckland & Alex Bowen and winners Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde.

But as viewers will remember, Scott and Kady famously romped on the show in front of the nation. Speaking about their raunchy antics on This Morning, the pair insisted they “didn’t think anything of” it. Talking to Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, Kady said: “We didn’t plan on doing it. I didn’t think anyone would be having sex in the house.” Scott agreed and replied: “Everyone’s at it, so you don’t think anything of it, but I don’t think we were that bad. Others were worse.”
