In the latest dramatic twist, on Thursday’s August 29 double episode, Will received more unsettling news. Jimmy King announced he was planning to sell his share of the Holdgate business to Caleb Milligan. This move infuriated Will, who confronted Jimmy in a threatening manner. Kim arrived just in time to witness the confrontation and questioned whether this was a private issue or if anyone else could get involved. After Jimmy left in a hurry, Will explained the situation to Kim, but once again omitted the fact that Dawn knew about his kiss with Rose before she was cast out.

Will tried to smooth things over with Kim by suggesting they could fix their issues together and hoping to restore their relationship to how it was before. Kim, however, pressed Will about whether he was hiding anything concerning Rose. Will insisted that there was nothing more to know, assuring Kim that she was fully informed about the situation.

Feeling relieved that he had evaded further questioning, Will planned a romantic dinner for Kim. However, his evening took a distressing turn when a bouquet of flowers was delivered with a card that ominously read, “I Know What You Did.” As Kim arrived to check on the meal, Will went to great lengths to conceal the blackmail threat from her.
