90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7’s Loren Allen and Faith’s relationship details have been showcased throughout the show. Previously, Loren revealed that he was struggling financially and was hoping to move to Philippines with Faith. Faith, on the other hand, wished to settle down in America.

The two met on a dating website and have been going through ups and downs in their relationship. This time, in the upcoming season 7 episode 5, Loren will reveal a shocking health concern he has. The episode, titled Brave New World, will be released on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

The synopsis mentions Loren telling Faith that he “hasn’t been monogamous” and “has contracted an STI.” It further states:

“Tigerlily’s wedding day seems to be all about Adnan; Loren tells Faith he hasn’t been monogamous-and has contracted an STI; Niles travels to Ghana; Brian hopes for a fresh start with Ingrid. Rayne and Chidi try to reconcile their different views.”
In an exclusive sneak peek obtained by People on September 27, 2024, 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days cast member Loren Allen tells Faith he had gonorrhea, which is a “se*xually transmitted disease.”

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days – Loren Allen’s health issue
During the previous 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 7 episode, Loren flew to Philippines to meet Faith. But he knew about his health condition beforehand as he had gone to a party with his friends. Loren told the cameras in his confessional interview that he had slept with one of his friends who later informed him about her throat gonorrhea.

The 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days cast member told the cameras that this hasn’t happened before even though he is used to being intimate with multiple partners.

Later, in the new 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days clip, Loren was unsure about how to reveal this information as now he had to disclose he had been seeing other people apart from Faith.

Allen was glad that he and Faith were getting “romantic” but he could no longer delay telling Faith about the “terrible news.” Loren continued:

“We just had this amazing time together. Things are finally starting to get romantic, but now I have to tell her this terrible news. I can’t put this off any longer and she deserves to know the truth.”
Throughout the show, viewers have seen Loren admit that he didn’t believe in monogamy and wanted to explore an open relationship. However Faith wasn’t aware of this, and due to the language barrier, she couldn’t understand what Loren meant by spending the night at other people’s houses.

In the teaser clip, the 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days season 7 cast member finally told Faith that he couldn’t be intimate with her. He said:

“Well, I have gonorrhea. It’s a s*xually transmitted disease.”
The upcoming episode will disclose whether Faith will be accepting of an open relationship or if this news would strain their relationship further.
